Fair-use Policy

1. Devices and traffic

Typical use is up to 10 simultaneous devices per subscription. More devices are acceptable if load remains reasonable and not abusive (see section 2). Traffic within fair-use is considered unlimited.

2. Unfair use

• resale, commercial sharing, or use by multiple people outside personal use
• extreme load: mass simultaneous connections or sustained traffic pulling not typical for personal use
• actions threatening infrastructure stability or violating Russian law

3. Measures

If abuse is detected, the Service may throttle speed, suspend, or terminate access without refund if the violation is the Users fault.

4. Recommendations

Use your subscription for personal purposes, do not provide access to third parties as a service, and do not resell.

5. Changes

The current version is published on the website and/or bot. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the new version unless prohibited by law.
