Fair-use Policy

Effective date: March 19, 2026.

1. Devices and traffic

We generally expect up to about 10 devices online at once under one subscription. More devices are fine if overall usage stays reasonable and does not amount to abuse (see section 2). Traffic is unlimited within fair-use expectations.

2. What is considered unfair use

The Service may consider use unfair if the user violates the intended purpose of the subscription and/or creates excessive load on the infrastructure.

  • Resale, unauthorized sharing, or use of the subscription by multiple people without the right to do so.
  • Extreme cases: a very large number of simultaneous devices, mass automated connections, or sustained usage that clearly is not personal — especially combined with violating the subscription’s intended use.
  • Significant and repeated downloading of extremely large traffic volumes that do not correspond to typical end-user usage.

3. Possible actions

If unfair use is detected, the Service may take action to protect the infrastructure.

  • Suspension of subscription access.
  • Deletion of the subscription/profile without a refund.

4. How to avoid restrictions

For stable service, use your subscription for personal purposes, follow the device and traffic expectations in section 1, and stay within fair use. Do not offer access to third parties as a service, do not resell, and do not place excessive load on the infrastructure.

5. Policy changes

We may update this Policy. The current version is published on this page.
