Terms of Service

1. General provisions

These Terms govern use of the TorVPN service (the Service) and are an integral part of the agreement under the Public Offer.

2. Registration and account

• the user provides accurate information
• the user is responsible for account access security
• unauthorized access must be reported to support promptly

3. Acceptable use

The User shall comply with Russian Federation law and not use the Service for unlawful purposes including hacking, malware distribution, fraud, copyright infringement, spam, or other prohibited acts.

4. Payments

Tariffs and subscription terms are shown before payment. Refunds follow the offer and Russian consumer protection law.

5. Intellectual property

Rights to software, design, and Service materials belong to the rights holder. The User receives a limited right to use within the paid subscription.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". Liability for indirect damages, lost profits, third-party blocks, network failures, and user actions is limited to the extent permitted by the Civil Code and other mandatory Russian law.

7. Suspension of access

Access may be restricted for Terms or offer violations, Fair-use breaches, legal requirements, or maintenance.

8. Governing law

Russian Federation law applies. Disputes are resolved as set out in the offer and Russian procedural law.

9. Changes

A new version takes effect on the publication date on the website and/or bot.
