Terms of Service

1. Scope and Applicability

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between the user and Tor VPN (the Service). By using the Service, the user confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms.

2. Registration and Account

• the user must provide accurate information during registration;
• the user is responsible for keeping login credentials secure;
• the user must promptly notify the Service of any unauthorized account access.

3. Acceptable Use

The user agrees to use the Service in compliance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and applicable international norms, and not to engage in activities such as network abuse, malware distribution, fraud, rights violations, or other unlawful acts.

4. Payments and Refunds

Pricing, subscription periods, and refund rules are defined on the relevant payment pages and may depend on payment provider policies. Payment system and bank fees may be non-refundable unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights to software, design, text, and other Service materials belong to the rights holder or are used lawfully. The user is granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the Service for lawful personal or business purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, access restrictions, or actions of third parties, telecom operators, hosting providers, or external services outside its control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory provisions of applicable law.

7. Suspension and Termination

The Service may temporarily restrict or terminate user access in case of Terms violations, legal requirements, or for maintenance and infrastructure protection.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes should first be resolved through negotiations and, if unresolved, through courts in accordance with applicable procedural law.

9. Changes to Terms

The Service may update these Terms. A new version takes effect on the publication date unless stated otherwise.
