This Policy defines how TorVPN (the Operator, the Service) processes users personal data in accordance with the Constitution of the Russian Federation, Federal Law No. 152-FZ, Federal Law No. 149-FZ, and other applicable Russian regulations.

• account identifiers (Telegram ID, username, e-mail)
• payment and billing data as provided by payment providers
• technical data (device type, client version, connection time, IP when accessing management infrastructure)
• support request content

3. Processing purposes

• conclusion and performance of the agreement (offer)
• payment processing and subscription accounting
• Service security and stability
• user communication and support
• compliance with obligations under Russian law

4. Legal basis

User consent, contract performance, legitimate interests of the Operator while respecting user rights, and other grounds under 152-FZ.

5. Storage and security

The Operator applies organizational and technical safeguards. Data is stored no longer than required for processing purposes and legal retention periods.

6. Third-party sharing

Data may be shared with payment aggregators, hosting providers, and other contractors as needed to operate the Service, and in response to lawful requests by Russian authorities.

7. Data subject rights

Users may obtain information about processing, request correction, blocking, or deletion, withdraw consent, and appeal to Roskomnadzor or court as provided by 152-FZ.

8. Cross-border transfer

Due to distributed infrastructure, processing may occur outside the Russian Federation. The Operator ensures adequate protection of data subjects rights under 152-FZ.

9. Policy updates

The current version is published on the website and/or bot with the effective date.
